About the Author

When not obsessing about football, Keith Richotte, Jr. maintains a semi-normal lifestyle as a university instructor. Currently, Richotte is the Northern Plains Indian Law Center Fellow at the University of North Dakota School of Law. Richotte earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2004, his LL.M. from the University of Arizona in 2007, and will soon earn his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in American Studies. Despite all of this education (and, presumably, ability to learn), Richotte still watches the Vikings every fall Sunday with the hope that this could be the year.
